What services do you provide?

Our Albuquerque HVAC company is a full service electrical, heating and cooling company. We do everything from electrical outlets & ceiling fans to electrical panel upgrades, incoming service, stand-by generator install, furnace start-up/repair/new install, swamp cooler startup/shutdown, refrigerated air system conversion/install/repair, and water softener install.

Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured?

Yes, all technicians are licensed, bonded and insured. Additionally, all technicians have a minimum of 20 years experience.

Do you provide Free Estimates?

Yes, we provide free estimates for new or upgrade electrical service & panels, air conditioning systems, stand-by generator installs and solar system installs. We charge a service fee for all diagnostic and trouble shooting.

Does your work come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty for labor and honor any manufacturer’s product warranty.

Do you charge a Trip Charge?

We do not charge a trip charge for customers in the Albuquerque Metro, East Mountains and Moriarty areas. A Trip Charge of $25.00 is applied for service calls in Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Belen and Santa Fe.

What does your furnace start-up include?

Clean & check of gas burners, Pilot assembly, CO Test, Thermocouple, Burner flame (gas pressure adjustment), Heat exchanger, Flue venting, Fan control, Limit safety device & electrical wiring, Blower speed, Amp draw, Belt adjustment, Lubricate all moving parts, Change standard disposable filters, Inspect thermostat & check heat anticipator setting (from manual override), Check for overall safe operation.
